As a holistic therapist, my ultimate goal is to guide individuals towards cultivating a healthier, more fulfilling life. I am passionate about helping my clients find and fall in love with their best SELF, by addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. With a degree in Psychology and a background in various healing modalities, including Psychosynthesis, Brain Gym®, Sensory and Reflex Integration, Rhythmic Movement, and Reiki, my work takes a whole-body focus and pairs it with a personalized approach in each session.
Over time, I have learned there is “no one size fits all” for the mind body wellness, growth and development of each individual. Self-healing, discovery and personal growth is much more achievable when clients utilize their own unique process of exploring and understanding their body flow, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. By fostering a safe and nurturing environment, I aim to empower my clients to take an active role in their own healing journey and to cultivate a deeper sense of connection with themselves and the world around them.
